Property Management North West, Inc. is a Washington corporation founded in 1986 to provide quality management for the properties of its stockholders. In 1988 operations were expanded to include management for select groups of owners of medical office buildings and industrial properties. PMNW  added multi-family property management services in 1994. Since then, our list of commercial brokerage, leasing, and asset management clients has continued to grow. Currently, PMNW successfully manages over a billion dollars of real estate assets, including commercial real estate, multi-family properties, and medical office facilities.

PMNW’s experienced management professionals efficiently and effectively manage clients’ properties and assets. The PMNW staff provides a broad range of education and experience based backgrounds. In addition to real estate and business specialties, PMNW provides in-house project accounting, maintenance, and construction maintenance management as well as consulting on real estate acquisition and management. PMNW customizes its services to ensure the needs of both owners and tenants are properly met. PMNW is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
