Gary Lewis, Director

Mr. Lewis is an original owner and director of PMNW. He has developed retail, office, and industrial properties for his own accounts and those of partnerships in which he is a participant. Mr. Lewis began developing medical office facilities in 1979.  Prior to this, he was employed by IBM.

Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Master’s Degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Jerry Rehn, Director, CEO

Mr. Rehn is an original owner and director of PMNW. He has owned and operated successful real estate development firms including a medical facility development company developing projects throughout the United States. Spanning over thirty years, Mr. Rehn’s real estate experience includes medical offices, multi-family complexes, office parks, warehouse facilities, and restaurants.

Mr. Rehn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University. He has instructed at the university level and presented at educational seminars. Mr. Rehn is a licensed Real Estate Broker for Washington State.

Dean Skorheim, Director

Mr. Dean Skorheim is an original owner and director of PMNW. He has owned and operated successful real estate firms in the Northwest. Mr. Skorheim has been developing medical facilities and office buildings nationally since 1982. Prior to 1982, he was involved in commercial banking and real estate lending for twelve years.

Mr. Skorheim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast School of Banking in Seattle, Washington. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker for Washington State.

Zeke Rehn, President

Mr. Rehn has been with PMNW since 2002 and his prior experiences include construction project management and facilities management. He is a member of the Community Association Institute and the designated Broker for PMNW.

Kari Sprecher, Vice President

Ms. Sprecher is Vice President of General Corporate Administration including Human Resources. Ms. Sprecher has been with PMNW over ten years and has prior experience with multi-national firms in sales and regional corporate start-ups. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Washington State.

Doug Kirk, Vice President

Mr. Kirk is Vice President of Commercial Properties and Maintenance Services. He has been with PMNW over twenty years with ten years of prior experience in construction management and maintenance services. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Washington State.
