Brendan is the latest addition to PMNW’s property management team. Brendan brings a wealth of experience in managing complex properties, including home owner associations and mixed use properties.
Brendan’s responsibilities have included all phases of property management, covering management agreement development, budget preparation, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, maintenance programs, leasing, marketing, general management, and real estate development projects.
Brendan’s career began in Boston with Marcus & Millichap and continued in Colorado with Vail Resorts. Brendan has a BA from Boston College with a double major in Finance and Management. He is LEED certified.
