Leasing is also available for individual owners who have homes in associations. Careful thought and valuable home owners association management expertise ensures PMNW’s ability to provide value to the home owner while keeping peace with the association.

PMNW’s residential leasing service includes:

-Providing lease documents based on Washington State Landlord Tenant Law. Lease terms consider the governing documents of the Association and the owners input. Lease rate based on market analysis and owner input.

-Providing  marketing materials including flyer and web ads in Craigslist. Non-professional photos provided.

-Conducting  tours of the property for interested parties.

-Conducting  background and credit checks to qualify prospect. Owner to make final approval of prospective tenant.

-Preparing  lease based on owners approval and submiting  for execution to the parties.

-Providing  orientation tour of property and completing  Association paper work.

-Providing  tenant access to 24 hour emergency services for unit specific issues.

-Collecting  rents and distributing to owner as agreed in contract.
